Berry Banana Honey Smoothie

What You Need:

1 1/2 C fresh or frozen blueberries
2 C of vanilla yogurt
1/2 large banana
2 T honey

How to Make It:

Place the blueberries into a blender.

Add the yogurt to the blueberries.

Cut the banana into chunks and add them to the blender.

Blend the mixture until it becomes very smooth and creamy.

Add the honey and pulse 2 or 3 times or until blended in well.

Pour into tall glasses immediately.

Fresh or frozen blueberries may be used in this smoothie.  Frozen blueberries have almost the same amount of nutrients and antioxidants as fresh blueberries making this breakfast smoothie a treat all year round.  Adjust the honey to fit your specific tastes.
