But, they don't need to be plugged into the ipod, sitting in front of the TV or computer, or on the cell phone every hour of the day. Time limits need to be set and some free family time must be had. We need to get our kids up and moving. It is not only good physically but also reduces stress and clears the mind. I don't want to see electronics stealing the imagination from our kids.
