Kid Fitness Exercise Video
A kid fitness video has been released called Bindi Kid Fitness with Steve Irwin & the Crocmen
.
Bindi has great energy and shows that exercise with song and dance can be a lot of fun. She encourages kids to get up and move to a series of aerobic dance steps that imitates movements of wild animals.
There is also a section where Bindi and her Dad begin cooking up some outrageous fun in the kitchen.
