Strawberry French Bread

What You Need:

1 (8 oz.) loaf of French bread, cut into slices
1 (8 oz.) carton of spreadable cream cheese
1 T of honey
1 (10 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1/4 C of strawberry jelly, warmed

How to Make It:

Preset the oven temperature to 375 degrees.
Arrange the bread slices in a single layer into the bottom of ungreased 13X9 baking dish.
Bake the bread for 3 minutes then turn and continue baking an additional 3 minutes or until crisp.
Place the cream cheese and honey into a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Spread the mixture over one side of each slice of bread.
Top each slice of bread with the sliced strawberries and brush with the warm jelly.

Makes 2 dozen

This toast is simple and delicious.  Try other types of berries or use berry flavored cream cheese along with your favorite jelly.

Total Time:  16 minutes
