Sunshine Smoothie
What You Need:
1 qt. pineapple sherbet
1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice
1/4 C of lemon juiceHow to Make It:
Place the sherbet into the blender.
Pour the pineapple and lemon juice over the sherbet.
Blend until smooth stopping once to scrape the sides.Makes 4 servings
This breakfast smoothie is quick but quite refreshing. Add 1 small can of sliced peaches for a special treat. If you are using unsweetened pineapple juice taste the smoothie to see if it needs a little sugar added. Add 1 t of sugar at a time until you have reached the desired taste.
